What is the sensitivity for an earphone?
Generally speaking, the sensitivity refers to the input power under the same loudness. The higher sensitivity requires less input power. For portable devices such as the Walkman, the sensitivity is a very important index. Of course, for desktop computers, this index is relatively not so important.

Do all cell phones work in a mobile handsfree kit?
No, most cell phones are different and therefore require a specific cradle and base unit solution. However, some handsfree kit solutions are compatible with a broad range of mobile phones. We will assist you with selecting the right handsfree kit (cellphone headset).

What kind of delivery method do you provide?

How to become your sole distributor?
If can sell our products more than USD6,000 per month, you could be our distributor in your city or area. If can sell our products worth more than USD10,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

What’s your samples policy?
1.) If total value is less than 20 USD, free samples will be sent via your preferred courier (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx) with freight cost. If without a courier account, you can pay us the freight cost in advance.
2.) If total value is more than 20 USD, you need to pay the sample cost and freight cost. And we will send you the samples after receiving your payment.                                         

What information should be provided if I want to get a custom quotation?
1) Our product model number, your picture or design.
2) Your Logo pattern (if OEM).
3) The pantone color number for the product and the logo.
4) Order quantity and your requested packing method.
5) Counter sample will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.

Can you do OEM? Are you willing to carry other brands on your products?
Yes, we can do OEM / ODM orders, carry your brands on our products for your market, and we can customize the products for you.

What kind of transportation methods do you offer?
1.) For small orders or samples, we can use express delivery like DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx. If have effective courier account, you could pay shipping cost by your courier account.
2.) For the cargo of your orders, we can also ship them by air or by sea, and we will confirm the freight cost with you before delivery.

What payment methods does Orient accept?
We accept cash, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram, L/C at sight, etc.
